Verifact Security offers a 24hr response service regardless of who monitors your alarm system. When alerted by your monitoring company the nearest car is dispatched. Our alarm response time is usually less than ten minutes during patrol hours.
When arriving at an alarm, a preliminary visual check is made to determine if the offenders are still on site, vehicles driving away are noted, when deemed safe: all accessible doors, windows and possible points of entry will be physically checked. An internal check is made, where keys are provided and the alarm panel will be reset.
If we find a break and enter or signs of attempted entry the Key holder and Police are informed. The premise is then treated as a crime scene.
We will remain on site and protect your property. We can provide static guards as you require at any hour.
When the patrol officer is satisfied that the premises are secure he will call your monitoring company and advise them of our findings. All relevant information is recorded on a response alarm docket and left on site for your information
